Can`t find solution PSU 180-430VAC input, Output 12V5W

Please help me with design of fully isolated scheme with HighLine.
Normal input is 230, but necessary save efficiency when two power lines will be 230V (√3*230=397V).
I want find solution on power supply with characteristics 180-430VAC input, Output 12V5W
Your design recommendations mostly 300VAC maximum
